- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people are not human. They are extremely rude and insensitive. I called to see what their screening criteria was...knowing that I have terrible credit. I simply asked for an explanation of things and the girl laughed at my question, wouldn't let me talk, interrupted me, tried to talk to me as if I have 0 value, based on a credit application. She didn't know my story, the tragedy that my family faced. I own that I got myself into a bad place with credit, after the mother of my kids died in a car accident. I should have paid my credit cards and tried harder. I understand it's not an excuse to stop living. At the same time, these places are such scumbags they don't care to know people, just judge them as worthless based on 2 years of credit issues. I wouldn't use a complay that doesn't care about human beings to do work for me.By Zach Bayer, November 05, 2016
