  Jay Puppo and his staff are awesome. I have been a customer for 20 years and it never ceases to amaze me with how they always answer my questions right away and are some of the friendliest people on earth. Jay has even come out to all of my houses and personally inspected them. You cannot find a better agent than Jay.

  Our insurance needs were for car and homeowner and we have been with State Farm since 1972, and with Jay Puppo's office since 1994 when we moved to Oregon. We highly recommend Jay Puppo to anyone looking for insurance. Jay has an excellent organization with associates that, without fail, have offered friendly and superior customer service. Our phone calls and emails to Cheri and Jay are always handled in a timely and professional manner. Over the years, Jay has come to know our family and personally guided us through our changing insurance needs and recently transitioned our daughters to third generation State Farm customers.

  Jay Puppo's State Farm office has very much earned my business with all the hard work they have done on my behalf. I am a very satisfied customer! I have many policies with this office and have been very pleased with the pricing and the service. The one time I had a claim (car accident) it was handled promptly, accurately, and fairly. I definitely feel like I'm in good hands here. I am especially extremely happy with Amber's incredibly high level of customer service (one of the agents in Jay Puppo's office). I tell everyone what amazing service I get from her specifically and that office as a whole. I have to say, customer service has gotten better since Amber took over my account and she's doing a great job keeping me there as a customer. She always has a great attitude and her response time is great every time I have a question or request.

  I moved all my policies to Jay's office after moving to Oregon 4 years ago. Jay and his staff reviewed my existing coverage and made some great suggestions. I ended up saving money, as opposed to having them talk me into stuff I didn't really need. Jay handles some of my investments as well, and I couldn' t be happier with the advice he's given me. It's important to have have insurance and investments with someone you can trust - and Jay and his team will help you with all your needs.
